Pricing
- Hourly On-Site Work: $110.00 per hour. 1 Hour Minimum. A $45 trip charge will be applied for all on-site service calls.
- Hourly Remote Assistance: $110.00 per hour billed in 1/2 hour increments. 1/2 hour minimum.
- Server Troubleshooting and Business Networking: $125.00 per hour. 1 hour minimum.
- Virus Removal: Flat rate of $195.00. This includes picking up your computer from your house or place of business, backing up your computer to our secure on-site servers, removing the virus, and setting the computer back up for you. Turn-around time for this service is 3 business days. Expedited turn around time may be available at additional cost.
- Computer Cleanup & Maintenance: $110.00 We recommend that you have us clean up your computer on an annual basis. This allows us to check for signs of hardware failure, remove temporary files that can interfere with your computer's performance, check for other problems, and remove any undesirable programs from your computer.
- Priority / Emergency overnight in-house repairs: $250 minimum
